Responsibilities:

• Train, supervise, and schedule Live Streaming Host to their available time slot to go live or reschedule as and when needed.
• Work closely with Live Streaming Host on tracking, monitoring, and understanding live streaming performance through insights and analytics at any timeframe of work/shift.
• Implement standardized guidelines & procedures that will track and monitor adherence and performance.
• Share ideas with the Live Streaming Host on doing live streaming/videos creatively to attract the audience.
• Have an understanding of skincare and beauty products trend in the market.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year with relevant experience, having E-Commerce / TikTok / Shopee live stream operation working experience would be a plus point
• Possess minimum education level Diploma in any field
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Have good knowledge and interest in skincare and beauty products
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Willing to work on a rotational shift basis (8am - 5pm / 1pm - 10pm / 5pm - 2am)

Responsibilities:

1. Live Streaming Account Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of live streaming accounts.
• Schedule live streaming sessions and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with live streaming hosts to plan and prepare content.
• Monitor live streaming for quality and compliance with company standards.

2. Revenue and Performance Responsibility:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for live streaming.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase viewership and engagement.
• Optimize content and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct performance reviews and generate reports for management.

3. Operational Support:

• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating live streamingcampaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align live streaming activities with overall business goals.
• Ensure proper setup and functionality of live streaming equipment and software.

4. Training and Development:

• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance.

5. Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of live streaming schedules and performance metrics
• Handle logistics and coordination for special events or promotions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to live streaming.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in eCommerce operations, live streaming, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in live streaming software and tools.
• Proficiency in Chinese language will be an advantage point in order to deal with stakeholders from China.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in managing eCommerce platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, reaching out to potential students, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• • Promote our educational programs to prospective students and their parents through various marketing channels
  • Conduct personalized counselling to understand the needs and goals of students and assist them in making informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential students through leads generation and follow up activities
  • Stay up to date with the latest educational trends and market insight by performing market analysis and research on competitor
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the enrollment process. 

General Requirements

• • Candidate from other education background such as Degree, Diploma or SPM with proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/ customer service role are welcome to apply.

  • Working experience in a higher education institution or in marketing/sales would be an advantage.
