Responsibilities

• Strategise and create multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and email/Whatsapp marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc.
• Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters and designers, to deliver on campaigns. If needed, source for suppliers/freelancers and onboard them.
• Forecast budget/CPL and timelines for campaigns.
• Constantly monitor performance across multiple campaigns, and be agile in moving resources across campaigns or changing creatives/channels as needed, understanding drop-out points throughout the journey and troubleshoot accordingly, ultimately ensuring all deliverables are submitted on time and spend is within budget.
• Drive more sophistication in source attribution and performance measurement.
• Understand our target audiences’ behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell.
• Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins.
• Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment.
• Interact directly with clients for day-to-day operations, building positive relationships with them to facilitate renewal or other business opportunities.
• Responsible for timely billing of clients.
• Be the subject matter expert for omnichannel lead generation campaigns, advising on best practice, feasibility, pricing/CPL, as well as timeline and budget needed for new campaigns/clients.

The Sales Lead for Malaysia is responsible for driving sales of GfK’s (by NIQ Company) retail audits and digital adhoc solutions with specific focus on point-of-sale within local domestic market. He/ she would also be effectively managing key client accounts to ensure overall client satisfaction with GfK (by NIQ Company) services, thereby achieving continuous revenue growth for the business.

Responsibilities: 

• Achieve country sales target and manage accounts with new and existing clients
• Strategize the business selling approach with focus on the Tech & Durables industry
• Identify and develop the growth opportunity values using GfK tracking data based on the client needs
• Analyze and present our data and findings in order to create a need to increase selling opportunities to existing and potential clients
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key decisionmakers within existing and potential clients
• Build and maintain C-suite level engagement to increase upsell opportunities
• Identify potential problems and propose pro-active solutions to meet client needs

• Set and communicate strategic HR policies, plans and goals to all team members.
• Identify and implement strategic actions that both attract and retain hotel's talents.
• Prepare and execute action plans to improve Employee engagement in the hotel.
• Oversee the compensation and benefit process.
• Support all internal and external HR related inquiries.
• Create a performance-driven culture in the hotel.
• Keep abreast on HR related matters.

This position will have the primary responsibility of managing fund accounting team(s) providing the full range of fund administration services to private equity and hybrid funds. This individual will be reporting directly to Regional Head of Private Equity and Real Estate.  A partial list of responsibilities and skills includes:

• Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for all client queries and resolve issues/queries raised by our clients. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention
• Manage a team of accountants responsible for client deliverables such as NAV production, financial statements and associated reports and assist with the review process
• Ensure the service level agreement and accuracy of client deliverables prepared by their team
• Ensure that the team is trained, engaged and as efficient and effective as possible in achieving organizational goals
• Help with the coordination of resources and make sure that appropriate cross training and coverage is in place to meet client and organizational expectations for deliverables
• Oversea the audit process, prepare financial statements or review such if prepared by other parties
• Ensure all processes are performed following operational controls as stipulated in SOC1 and all relevant checklists are completed
• Ensure all fees are billed on time and collected promptly for their assigned team.
• Participate in multiple system initiatives and projects and contribute to idea generation for future process or technological improvements. Expected to participate on both a local and global level
• Oversee tracking and managing; Client profit margins, people management, client relationship risk reviews, incident management and risk reduction
