This position, while located in Malaysia, is dedicated to supporting our operations in Singapore. The Operations team at Funding Societies aims to offer exceptional service to internal stakeholders and borrowers while building self-sustaining scalability and delivering a market-leading experience.
The key responsibilities of this role are to focus on value-adding to our customers while adhering to fundamental product design principles. The candidate for this role must be meticulous and timely in processing cases.

What you will do:
- Update and Maintain Credit-Ops Trackers: Ensure the accurate updating and maintenance of Credit-Ops trackers for various products in alignment with the monthly schedule, including but not limited to property, trade facility, invoice financing, working capital, and Experian.
- Maker/Checker Role: Perform the role of “maker” or “checker” for borrowers’ loan contracts, respectively, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- KYC and Onboarding Operations: Execute KYC and backend onboarding operations for both borrowers and investors, prioritizing speed and accuracy in all operational work and documentation.
- Weekly Submissions: Conduct weekly submissions to Enterprise SG for all relevant disbursed loans.
- Early Redemption Calculations: Perform calculations for early redemption of loans for Bolt on an ad-hoc basis.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent back-office customer service, with a focus on key financing stages, such as offer acceptance, crowdfunding, and repayments, ensuring customer satisfaction and delight.
- Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with internal stakeholders (Sales, Credit, CX, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate processing of financing for customers.
- Process Structuring: Assist the manager/team lead in structuring and setting processes for variations and new system enhancements.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economic and/or Business & Commerce.
- 1-2 years’ experience in banking, trade finance operations, credit operations, back office, and credit administration.
- Interns (in last semester)/Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants, with Upper Second-Class Honors and above, are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet turnaround time / deadlines
- Able to think out-of-the-box for sustainable solutions to constraint problems
- Confident and clear communicator with excellent collaboration skills across teams.

- Proficient with MS Office & Excel, with an in-depth understanding of various features
