EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate, technical degree or approved credits in Business Administration or related field required.

The Data Security Team, a part of the wider Cyber Security Technology function, provides security controls and services that are utilised across the group. As the Senior Cyber Engineer – Data Security you will be responsible for the implementation, deployment and support of services such as Microsoft Security Suite of services, Tokenisation services and Cryptography. Your success
Establish a microservices-first delivery approach across the Group to reimagine the “Process Layer” of the Bank. Accelerate the development of Workflow capabilities in Cloud by supporting delivery teams towards the rapid delivery of reusable Workflows.
Achieve maximum production quality by establishing the standards, patterns and guardrails that will assure code quality, security, and performance. Champion and support the delivery of reusable process microservices to drive the benefits of delivery efficiency and an uplift in engineering experience.

You will work closely across each squad within the Crew, as well as having a key accountability to drive the Workflow strategy across the Group by engaging and supporting business domains to drive delivery efficiency, standardise coding practices and to define the patterns and enablers that accelerate our vision into reality.
You will lead and define the product vision, goals, and roadmap. You will lead the end-to-end development of the product roadmap ensuring maximum output and quality from the squad. Your ability to develop great relationships and apply your domain expertise will support prioritisation and successful achievement of business objectives Group-wide, whilst ensuring teams understand how to align their delivery to our Workflow Platform strategy.

Responsibilities:
Accountability for the success of the Workflow strategy as it relates to excellence in delivery across the Group.
Drive innovation and create a continuous feedback loop between Platform and Consumer in alignment of the product strategy. Acting as the voice of the Platform into the Group.
Mentor and support other Product Owners across the Crew working with Agility coaches and performance teams to drive continuous improvement across the PO (Product Owner) chapter.
Formulate hypotheses to validate customer problems and define clear learning objectives that will inform continuous improvement, product roadmap and prioritisation decisions.
Identify, articulate, and manage risks and compliance across streams of work.
Lead the squad day-to-day delivery and lifecycle activities.
Take accountability for effective Incident, Problem management, and the reduction of Tech Debt across the product.
Manage multiple senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure prioritisation is understood and agreed to.
Manage the squad’s performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc.
Release prototype and iterate a product that meets customer needs and achieves the Crew’s goals.
Qualifications & Experience required:
Proven Product Owner experience providing technology platform or service-based channels, to both internal and external technology consumers and across the business domains.
Highly developed Design thinking and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience as a consultant or business architect delivering across elements of the Crew scope above would also be considered.
Experience in developing a Product Vision, Strategy, and the roadmap to implement it, aligned with the experience to communicate this vision across a broad range of senior stakeholders.
Highly experienced with Scaled Agile methodology and running high performing Agile squads.
Persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, including senior LTs (Leadership Teams).
Experience and exposure working with three (or more) of the following domains: Software engineering, Enterprise or Solution Architecture, Cloud Hosting, SDLC (software development lifecycle), SaaS, Technology Risk & Cyber, Managed services Quality and Site Reliability engineering and Low-Code development.
Experience in Technology governance, Business performance and Architecture is highly desirable. Strategic and commercial experience also desirable.
Experience working cross geographies would be ideal.

Good understanding of journey centric methodologies for requirements gathering/ elaboration

Strong experience in conducting elaboration sessions and good understanding of DCOs (preferable)

Ability to capture business requirements in a clear and concise manner and convert those requirements into system speak (Pega preferable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills-ability to communicate ideas and vision effectively and with impact to business and technical teams
