Requirements

• Good degree with 1-2 years of experience in loyalty marketing, preferably in retail/ hospitality/tourism/banking/aviation industry. Fresh graduates with similar internship experiences are welcome to apply.
• Experience in China market and WeChat eco-system is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with customer relationship management or customer lifecycle management, from acquisition, engagement, conversion to retention.

As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll promote and maintain good public relations in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel. You’ll also assist in planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Public Relations activities.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Develops and implements promotional activities by coordinating with involved departments, inviting VIPs and media and issuing press releases
