• Prepare documents for truck and equipment delivery.
• Ensure billing accuracy via GBE system.
• Prepare requisition through ERP system.
• Review supplier payment for GBE work done.
• Assist in other administrative functions.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
• Willing to work at Tuas area.
• Willing to work 5.5-day alternate Saturday.

• Assist the Store Supervisor to manage the inventory levels to ensure a healthy stock level for all store items.
• Raise requisition for all items below inventory level.

• Record all issuance of consumables and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Organize and re-arrange all items in proper boxes.
• Maintain the tidiness of the warehouse at all times.

• Welding and cutting metal parts; making and repairing metal structure and other fixtures.
• Monitoring welding process to avoid overheating of parts; carrying out all necessary safety precautions.
• Inspecting work pieces to ensure conformance with specifications; repairing products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.
• Welding and cutting metal parts using gas flame, or an electric arc and other sources of heat to melt and cut or to melt and fuse metal.

As a Technical Service Specialist, your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
