RESPONSIBILITIES
The Financing & Securities Services (FSS) business has a unique footprint in Asia, Middle East, and Africa, and offers a growing range of products, including direct custody, international custody, funds services, trustee services, transfer agency, prime services, and agency securities lending, to several client sectors including banks, investors, intermediaries, sovereigns, fund managers insurance companies and corporates.
The jobholder is responsible for Fund & Fiduciary products globally, responsible for (i) enabling a competitive product suite that will grow and retain the existing book of business; (ii) developing new products and services to respond to market changes and generate new revenue streams and (iii) to ensure those are done within a controlled and compliant environment. This role is also accountable for the end-to-end proposition to clients, specifically Investors/Insurance, and in line with the target operating and technical delivery model of the Bank.
Core products that are under the accountability of this individual are:

· Trustee & Fiduciary services
· In essence, the suite of products for Investor/Insurance excluding custody functions will be under the remit of this individual.
The jobholder will be required to:
· Work collaboratively with members of the FSS, Financial Markets (FM), and Client Coverage (CC) to ensure cross-product, cross-business opportunities are realised

Business

· Accountable for end-to-end client proposition ensuring (i) alignment to strategy, and target operating model, and (ii) commercially viable for both clients and the Bank
· Improves on product commercial metrics including productivity metrics, ensuring improvements to overall products CIR/RoTE
· Partners with FM Operations and Technology to (i) transform, design and implement scalable, automated, and commercially viable operating model for the business, capable of adaptation to satisfy changing business and regulatory requirements; (ii) remediate identified areas
· Ensure singular lens to products, operations and technology agenda pertaining to fund and fiduciary strategy, and drives prioritization in accordance
· Periodically reviews products to ensure profitability requirements and expectations continue to be met.
· Co-ordinates global product activity to minimise overlap and maximise sharing and re-use of solutions an ensuring pervasiveness of products across regions/countries
· Manages relationships with functions such as Risk, Credit, Compliance, Legal, Finance as they impact the evolution of the FSS product suite
· Support sales in identifying opportunities and executing sales plan for Investor/Insurance segment

Governance
· Accountable for maintaining appropriate balance between standardised product offering and granting exceptions to key clients on a commercial basis.
· Assesses the effectiveness of the Group’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, recommend changes in these areas.
· Consults with local heads of FSS / FM / FM Ops and other relevant parties before granting significant concessions to the standard product model.

JOB SUMMARY
· This role is under the Frontline Insights and Analytics team in the broader Frontline Performance, Client Coverage Business Development Team. The Frontline Performance Team owns and executes a portfolio of productivity and frontline capability enablement tools, oversees external client wallet benchmarking, and coordinates strategic workforce planning.

· Lead implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for Business Banking (BB) globally

As a leader in the Digital Asset CoE the Portfolio Management & Governance will support the Global Head, Digital Assets, and senior leaders across CCIB, SC Ventures and CPBB to ensure the effective management and prioritisation of the group’s Digital Asset initiatives. The Financial Crime Surveillance Operations (FCSO) Asia ACT Investigations Regional Head will report directly to the Global Head FCSO Transaction Monitoring (TM) and serve to enhance the strategic design, development, and effective implementation of the global Financial Crimes Compliance Program, with a specific focus on improving capabilities and driving operational excellence across the TM organization supporting Asia markets.
