ACCOUNT MANAGER   

The Account Manager plays a crucial role as a bridge between the agency and its clients. -Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of company applications as necessary.

-Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.

-Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines; and train end users to operate new or modified programs

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering or equivalent.

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices.

- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws

- Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
