Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
• Provide supports to full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, safety and health, HR reporting, relevant administration and all HR matters and issues.

  對馬來西亞當地勞動法（EA 1965）、工業法（1967）有良好的知識與經驗。
• 必須了解馬來西亞法定要求，例如 EPF、SOCSO、EIS、所得稅和 HRDF 等。
• 多工處理，足智多謀，積極主動，具有緊迫感。
